How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept payments through GCash, UB and BPI bank transfers/deposits.
Do you accept cash on delivery and same day delivery orders?
Yes! COD and same day delivery orders are done through delivery apps/services (Grab/Lalamove/Angkas). Kindly send us a message on our Instagram account @club__redeemed to order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Within 7 days of the purchase, exchanges or returns are accepted as long as the item is undamaged, unworn, and unwashed. The item must be returned by the customer using their chosen courier. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
